TBTS has Public and Products liability insurance to cover incidents (should they arise) up to £2m. We also have employee liability insurance to the value of £5m.

In our 4 years trading we have through careful practice and procedure, yet to claim on our policy.

TBTS considers the welfare of the public and our employees as paramount.

Risk assessments are carried out for all jobs.

All staff are fully trained to industry standard in the tasks asked of them.

Our equipment is fully up to date and practices are in line with those of British Standard 3998(Tree surgery operations).

Staff are given adequate time to carry out all jobs, we never rush and we ensure maximum effort is taken to cause the minimum of disruption.

TBTS has successfully completed work for over 1000 clients in London and also clients in the London vicinity.

Over half our work is for domestic clients but we also carry out a lot of work for commercial companies such as managing agents and construction companies.
